Pool Slip

Planned · Business plan

A customer portal, for your customers

Somewhere your pool owners can see their own service history without emailing you for it.

What it will do

  • Every report in one place

Today each service report is a signed link that expires, sent per visit. The portal collects them, so a customer can look back through a season without asking you.

  • Per pool owner, not per operator

Your customer signs in and sees their own pool. Not your route, not your other customers, not your business.

  • Balances, once invoicing ships

What is outstanding and what has been paid. It depends on invoicing, which is itself on the roadmap.

  • Still no account required for a single report

The signed expiring link stays exactly as it is. A customer who just wants to see one visit should never have to create an account to do it.

Where it will live

Not on this website. This site is deliberately static: it holds no credentials, has no database, and has no path into the systems that hold your customers’ information. That separation is why we can tell you plainly that this page collects nothing.

A portal needs sign-in and per-customer authorisation, so it belongs on a separate, authenticated surface talking to our Australian infrastructure directly. Building it into a marketing site would put customer data somewhere it should not be, and we would rather say that than ship the shortcut.
