Free until 15 pools. Then one price, per business.
Pool count gates the free tier and nothing else. Above it, your bill does not grow when your route does — a 40-pool operator and a 300-pool operator pay the same.

And 1% of what you collect, if you collect through us.
Taking payment from a pool owner is optional and always will be. The product works fully for an operator who never enables it.
We charge 1% of what you collect — never more than A$4.50 on a single payment, and never more than A$115 in a month. Free accounts pay 1.5%, capped at A$38.
| Plan | Rate | Most on one payment | Most in a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1.5% | A$4.50 | A$38 |
| Pro | 1.0% | A$4.50 | A$115 |
| Business | 1.0% | A$4.50 | A$115 |
A A$3,000 repair costs you A$4.50. We do not take a percentage of your repair work.
How the billing actually works.
- Who bills me?
- Apple or Google, through your app store account. They handle the tax in every market, which is why there is no GST line to reconcile here.
- What happens if you raise the price?
- Nothing, for you. Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up on, permanently. Apple emails you to confirm your subscription is unaffected.
- Can I get a refund?
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. If you want a refund we will help you get one, but the store makes the decision. On Google Play we can usually action it directly; on the App Store you will need to ask Apple, and we will back you.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- It takes effect at your next renewal. Nothing is ever deleted — anything the lower tier does not cover becomes read-only, extra seats deactivate rather than disappear, and media keeps the retention it was captured under.
- What happens at 15 pools on Free?
- You cannot add a sixteenth. Everything already there keeps working exactly as it did — we will never stop you finishing a route because of a billing state.
